Terra Canis Urinary tract dog food supports dogs with struvite-related urinary tract issues and helps maintain the health of the urinary system. AliVet "Low Mineral Diet" menus have been specially developed to dissolve struvite stones and reduce their recurrence. This is achieved by promoting an acidic urine pH and deliberately limiting dietary components involved in struvite crystal formation, such as magnesium. High-quality meat in 100% human-grade quality and carefully selected ingredients help reduce strain on the urinary tract. Fresh water should always be freely available to support increased fluid intake, which is beneficial in cases of struvite stones and crystals.
