What's in the Terra Canis "Butcher's Best” cans?
"Butcher’s Best" consists of fresh meat and nutritious offal. Manufactured in-house under the supervision of real master butchers, the tins contain pure, high-quality meat for dogs - designed as a supplementary feed. The pure meat cans can therefore be combined with other components such as vegetables, vitamins and minerals to create a complete, balanced dog meal.
How is the nutrient supply ensured?
"Butcher's Best" consist almost exclusively of meat and offal, which provide high-quality protein as well as many vitamins and minerals. It is supplemented by rapeseed oil, brewer's yeast, seaweed, mineral clay and eggshell. This makes the base ideal for supplementing a full meal.
Can the tinned meat be combined with fruit or vegetables?
Yes, "Butcher’s Best" can easily be supplemented with fresh or cooked vegetables, fruit or herbs, e.g. with the purely vegetarian Terra Canis Garden pots.

Our pure meat tins are suitable for all adult and dogs with normal weight as an alternative to raw meat, and need to be combined with vegetable components to make a complete meal for dogs. Pure meat delight, made from our Munich butcher Schäbitz with 100% food quality, consists of 97% fresh meat from muscle and heart, as well as vitamin-packed liver. Healthy nutrients to meet the dog’s daily requirements are supplied by the natural ingredients flaxseed oil, seaweed, mineral soil and organic eggshell.
The pure meat tins are ideal as an alternative or to supplement purely raw feeding (BARF) and can be added to the complete meal as desired. They are just as convenient for out and about, on holidays, to introduce the BARF diet or if the dog does not tolerate raw meat.
