You have control

Are you going on holidays or have a full stock? Pause your subscription, change the delivery date or swap products. You can choose to receive a reminder before each delivery - all conveniently in your customer area.

You can look forward to a variety of gifts for your best friend as well as exclusive surprises.

Cancellable at any time

You can cancel your food subscription up to three days before the order is executed. You can of course take out a new subscription at any time.

This is how it works. A subscription in just a few steps:

SELECT PRODUCTS

Select the "Subscription" option on the respective product pages and add all your desired products to the shopping basket.

SET DELIVERY INTERVAL

You can set the delivery interval according to your personal requirements in the shopping basket.

DONE!

Once your subscription order has been successfully completed, delivery will take approx. 2-3 working days.

How can I add more products to my existing subscription?

OPTION 1

Log in to your customer account and navigate to "Subscription management". Then click on "Add more products" in the "Items in subscription" section. You are now in subscription mode and can add further products to your existing food subscription directly via the corresponding product pages by clicking on "Add to my food subscription".

OPTION 2

Log in to your customer account and navigate to the desired products in the shop. On the product page in the "Add to my savings plan" section, you can add the selected products to your savings plan.

How do I edit my existing subscription?

You can edit your existing subscription in the subscription management area. You can find this in the user account section after you log in.

How late can I edit my order?

You can edit your order up to 10 p.m. at the latest the day before it is processed. Subscription orders are generated by our system between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. to guarantee you the most punctual delivery possible.

How often can I edit my subscription?

You can edit your subscription as often as you like but all changes must be completed by 10 p.m. the day before the order is processed.

What happens if a product in my subscription isn't available?

If a product is not available, you will get an email 3 days before your subscription is processed. This means you have time to edit your order and prevent shortages. If you do nothing, the order will be shipped without the product that is not available.

Can I add a product as a one-off?

This change cannot be carried out automatically. However, you can add the product before the order is processed via the subscription management area and remove it again at the desired point in time. The subscription management area can be found in the user account section after logging in.

Can I cancel or edit an order once it has been processed?

Orders cannot be edited or cancelled retrospectively. You can return the order to us. You will receive a credit for the returned items once the goods have arrived back in our warehouse.

Will I get the same free gift every time?

No, the free gift will automatically be replaced by another one over time.

Is it possible to specify the precise delivery date?

By going to “Subscription management”, you can see the day on which your order will be fulfilled by our system. Delivery typically takes place within 2-3 working days – for deliveries within Germany. For shipping to outside Germany, the delivery time is usually approx. 3-6 working days. It is possible for delivery to be delayed due to package shipping periods, or due to weekends or public holidays which may fall during that period.

How much flexibility do I have in terms of setting the start date and intervals for my subscription?

When you purchase your subscription, the first delivery will be carried out straight away, and you can choose to set any interval you want for your future orders. Depending on the package’s shipping period, you will then receive your package 2-3 working days later – for deliveries within Germany. For shipping to outside Germany, the delivery time is usually approx. 3-6 working days. To alter the interval between deliveries as often as you wish later on, simply go to the “Subscription management” tab of your account.

Is it possible to pause my subscription?

You can edit your existing subscription in the subscription management area. You can find this in the user account section after you log in.

How do I cancel my existing subscription?

To cancel an existing subscription, log in and go to the subscription management area in your user account. You can cancel your subscription here by clicking on the cancel subscription button.

Is there a cancellation period?

You can cancel your subscription up to 3 days before the next order is processed.
