Plant-based oils provide fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid, gamma-linolenic acid and linoleic acid, and help to promote healthy skin, a good-quality coat and cellular protection.
They are suitable for growing cats, senior cats or cats with increased nutritional needs. They can also be useful as a dietary supplement for skin and coat problems or certain medical conditions.
High-quality oils are simply mixed into the daily feed, a few drops at a time. The dosage should be adjusted to suit individual needs – small daily amounts are usually sufficient.
