Essential 8 – simply good!

Essential 8 - eight very healthy basic ingredients for dogs, which together create a balanced dog menu with a delicious aroma and fine taste. The basis is the combination of two valuable types of meat or fish & meat, combining the best of two protein sources. For example, tender chicken meets tasty horse or juicy beef meets low-fat chicken, while chicken and turkey come together to create a succulent meat base for poultry lovers. New to the Essential 8 range is the combination of succulent chicken and high quality, delicious salmon.

The meat is followed by six other wonderful ingredients. Energy-rich millet is joined by a classic selection from the local garden and orchard: Crunchy carrots, mild courgettes and vitamin-packed apples provide natural nutrients that not only taste great but also help support a healthy immune system. Fine rapeseed oil provides essential fatty acids, which are important for a dog's skin, coat, immune system and digestion. Fat is also essential for the absorption of essential fat-soluble vitamins.

The Essential 8 also includes the superfood coconut flour. High in fibre, free from gluten, phytic acid and cholesterol, and low in fat, it combines all the good qualities of a healthy ingredient. As a source of essential amino acids, coconut flour is also a healthy source of protein for dogs.

Native herbs complete the 'Essential 8': Thyme, chervil and sage are not only highly aromatic but also rich in natural vitamins, minerals, fibre and phytonutrients.

Produced in Terra Canis' own production facility near Munich, only 100% human-grade raw materials are used. The use of animal by-products, flavourings and preservatives, synthetic binders and sugar is consistently avoided. The balanced composition of the menus is ensured by a team of veterinarians. The appetising aroma and fine taste are unmistakable signs of the Terra Canis signature, which has always stood for the very highest quality in dog bowls. Essential 8 menus FAQs

The "Essential 8" menus consist of eight carefully selected basic ingredients and an additional source of protein, which together create a balanced, species-appropriate dog menu. The base consists of two high-quality varieties of meat or fish & meat to combine the best properties of two protein sources - e.g. chicken & horse, beef & chicken, or chicken & salmon.
In addition to meat and fish, the menus contain high-energy millet, crunchy carrot, mild courgette and juicy apple. These ingredients contain vitamins, minerals and fibre and ensure a varied, species-appropriate diet with natural nutrients.
Coconut flour is often referred to as a real superfood for dogs: It is rich in fibre, free from gluten, cholesterol and phytic acid, low in fat and provides essential amino acids.
The menus contain herbs such as thyme, chervil and sage, which have an aromatic scent and give the menus that little bit extra as well as the typical Terra Canis fragrance.
All raw materials are 100% human-grade quality at the time of processing. There are no animal by-products, flavourings, preservatives or sugar used. Platz 1 für meine Hündin

Meine 16 jährige Hündin ist sehr kompliziert, was das Futter betrifft.Dieses Futter liebt sie sehr. Der Duft ist wie bei allen Sorten von Terra Canis sehr angenehm und mein Hund hat sich ohne zu zögern auf das Futter gestürzt.
