General Competitions & Conditions Of Participation
Organizer of the competition is Terra Canis GmbH, Parkring 29, 85748 Garching (hereafter Terra Canis).
In the monthly prize draw in our online shop (www.terrafelis.com), a surprise package with a selection of Terra Felis products (worth approx. €50) will be raffled off among all orders (with a registered customer account) and new registrations. Registrations must include the e-mail address, full name and full address details. Incomplete registrations will not be considered for the monthly prize draw. The winner has the option of opting for a donation instead of the surprise package. In this case, Terra Felis will add a further €50 to the winning amount of €50, thus making a donation worth €100 to the association Katzenburg Erlensee e. V.. Terra Felis will notify the winners by e-mail at the beginning of the following month. The winners will then have 7 days to make a decision. If this period expires without a response, the claim to the prize will lapse. Terra Felis reserves the right to cancel the competition by removing the references to the lottery from the homepage - the ongoing lottery remains unaffected by this.

Legal action is not permitted. German law applies exclusively, place of jurisdiction is Munich. Effective date: 30.07.2024
